• Please note that white desert tour is a mild adventure activity. There are no permanent camps, closed tents or toilets in the desert camping. If you do not wish to include this tour in itinerary, your tour will start from 31st Dec, and tour cost will reduce by INR 6,000 per person. Nevertheless, we highly recommend this tour, as this is an opportunity to see this moon like landscape – a beautiful natural wonder.

• All the monument tickets are excluded, as there are no standard ticket options at most places. There are so many options with varying prices, that it’s not possible to provide single all including tickets to everyone. Though we’ll help you choose the right tickets on the spot.

• White desert tour have AV bus to and from Cairo till Bahariya which are Toyota minibuses (Usually 14 seater). White desert tour ends at El Mounib station which is approx 9 km from downtown and is a major bus station in Cairo. Transfer from El Maunib to Downtown Cairo need to be self-arranged - Though, there are multiple taxis available at bus station area.

• Transfers from Cairo/Hurghada Bus stand and Railway Station to Hotel are not included and can't be arranged, due to Chaotic atmosphere and train/buses run either late of early then their scheduled time. Though multiple taxi options are available outside public stations. From Luxor and Aswan that’s not an issue!!

Payment Policy

• At the time of booking: 2000 Rs
• 45 days before departure: 50% of total amount
• 30 before departure: 100% of total amount

Cancellation Policy

• 45 days before departure: 10% of total amount
• 30 before departure: 25% of total amount

• COVID-19 NOTICE : The destination you will be travelling to might have some restrictions in place. Kindly read the guidelines shared by the Governments carefully and book your travel accordingly. If there are any changes in guideline after booking, we can't guarantee you refunds for the booking.
• 5% TCS on Foreign Travel: Starting from 1st Oct 2020, Indian government has started collecting Advance tax in form of TCS on all Foreign travel packages. We would be charging 5% TCS on the total package amount and deposit it with income tax department against your PAN number. • For Visa- It is your responsibility to provide the documents required by embassy / high commission for your visa application. Grant of the visa is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy / high commission. We have no role in grant of any visa. We only facilitate the visa application, on a best effort basis, as per the requirements laid down by the embassy / high commission. • Please reconfirm your flight timings with the airline company 72 hours before departure, for any changes in the flight schedule.
• Special requests to hotels e.g. bed type, interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, early check in, late check out etc. are subject to availability at the time of check in and is at sole discretion of hotel management, and the cost for the same is to be borne by the customer.
• Any significant changes in foreign exchange rates or government taxes may lead revision in prices until the time of last installment payment.
